From this flat, you will enjoy the most beautiful view over the Eastern Scheldt and can almost touch the water.
Via the entrance from the car park, you reach the first floor of the apartment complex by lift or stairs. The bright living room with spacious corner sofa by the television (with a wide range of channels and Chromecast) is practically furnished and decorated with wallpaper of the Oosterscheldekering, the Zeeland Bridge and monument “De Verdronken Dorpen in Colijnsplaat”. In the open area, the kitchen is equipped with a kitchen unit plus island unit with ample cupboard space and a bar with two seating areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for cosy cooking; an induction hob, electric grill, combi-microwave, dishwasher, fridge (with small freezer compartment), toaster, kettle and both a Senseo and filter coffee machine are available. The round dining table with comfortable chairs also offers space for 4 people. Through the living room you reach the spacious terrace (28m2) with panoramic views over the Oosterschelde estuary. On the terrace, you can enjoy this special view both on the lounge set and the dining table. The ground-floor flat has two bedrooms with unobstructed views. You imagine yourself on a cruise ship when you stay in this flat. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), reading lamps, a wardrobe and a television. The second bedroom has two more single beds (90x200cm), a chair with reading lamp and a wardrobe. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin with upper and lower cabinets, storage cabinet with mirror and hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet in the accommodation. In the storage room, located next to the living room, you will find the washing machine and dryer. If you are travelling with small children, a foldable baby bed (60x120cm) and a high chair are available, but pets (maximum two) are also welcome. The apartment has one reserved parking space, but you can also park in the large car park. In this car park it is also possible to park a boat with trailer and there is a pole for charging electric cars. (Electric) bikes can be parked and charged in the locked storage room downstairs.
