This luxury water villa for 8 people is located in the park Aqua Village in Kortgene, directly on Lake Veere.
This is a popular spot for every water sports enthusiast. The villa has its own jetty and is therefore perfect for a holiday by boat. With the Delta Marina marina just around the corner, boat owners have every convenience.
The entrance to the villa provides access to four spacious bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and two bedrooms with two single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms on the ground floor. A spacious wellness bathroom with whirlpool and steam cabin and a luxury bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin. A washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms. There is also a guest toilet.
Via the stairs in the hall, you reach the first floor of this luxurious holiday home. From the stylish, bright living room you have a fantastic view of Lake Veere. There is a cosy seating area with flat-screen TV, a dining area for 8 people and a cosy wood-burning stove. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a combination microwave oven, Nespresso machine and dishwasher.
From the living room you have access to the sunny terrace with comfortable patio furniture and a panoramic view of the Veerse Meer Lake. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunset until late in the evening. From the balcony, the spiral staircase on the outside of the house gives you access to the beautiful garden with its own jetty (1.80 metres wide, maximum boat length 9 metres). As the house is located directly on the water, we recommend bringing a life jacket for children.
There is plenty to do around Lake Veere! Rent a (sailing) boat and sail from your own jetty to one of the many uninhabited islands in Lake Veere, go for action on the water-ski track of Schotsman Watersport or take a walk through the beautiful De Schotsman nature reserve. Prefer a day at the beach? The North Sea beach is just 10 kilometres away. This perfect location makes the park a true paradise for families with (young) children, active holidaymakers and water sports enthusiasts.
