Welcome to the small-scale apartment complex Vista Maris. This complex lies exactly between the Scheldt and Sint-Annaland’s marina. From Apartment 4 you therefore have a beautiful, wide view over the water. Enjoy various water sports (think windsurfing, sailing, swimming), or take a day to relax on Sint Annaland’s beach. Even when you stay at home, you can enjoy the surroundings: spot the ships, the birds or the seals. There is something for everyone here!
Flat 4 consists of one floor with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large storage room. Plop down on the sofa in the bright living room, or play a game at the dining table. There is also a high chair for small children. And do you have pets? They are also welcome (up to two).
In the kitchen you will find a combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso and filter coffee machine. There is also a small bar. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160×200 cm), a bedside table and a wardrobe. One of the two bedrooms has a TV. There is also a folding baby cot (60×120 cm). If you wake up in the morning, you can step out of your bedroom onto the balcony, which overlooks the water. As the apartment is on the first floor, you have a balcony on both sides, with stunning views. The largest terrace, with dining table and deck chairs, overlooks the marina. The second terrace overlooks the Scheldt. Flat 4 has one parking space. You can also park for free at the beginning of the Havenweg. Coming by bike? You can park it on the ground floor. Here you will find the storage room, including an electrical socket.
From flat 4, you look out over the water. The combination of sand, salty wind and many hours of sunshine will introduce you to Zeeland in a unique way. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you can enjoy water sports, as well as beautiful walking and cycling trips. You can take your bike on the boat to Zierikzee, or visit the centre of Sint-Annaland. Here you can visit various restaurants and shops.
